We stand behind our putters and products. If you have any issues with your Spoiler product, reach out to us at at help@spoilergolf.com and we'll make it right.  Spoiler products are available for a return or exchange if they are in “like new” condition.  If a return is necessary, Customer incurs shipping cost for any returned product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned and accompanied with the original packing slip, or invoice. The customer must also have sent in a slow motion video of their putting stroke to our @SpoilerGolf account, and in good faith tried the suggestions we offer based on our analysis of the stroke.

Only had one round of 18 holes with it so far. love the weight and feel. No 3 putts! That's a great start. Still finding out if I should be keeping my hands at address quite a way forward to get a clean roll or not. Overall I love it. Just need to find the technique that makes it even better and more consistent

Give it time and feel the confidence grow.

Looks completely different from any other putter.
Take time to get the lie of the sole flat. No need to lay it back or forward the club will do the work for you just have confidence in the line.
Longer putts take a little more getting used to but again once you have the weight the confidence in the putter will amaze.
Short putts 4 foot and in just chose the line and pick the ball from the cup.

Is a complete game changer and will cut the number of putts per round meaning scores will come down.

Recommend to all who seriously want to lower scores and impress their partners on the course.
However it's not a magic wand and it can not be unpacked and automatically have you sinking 10 foot and over putts, but with taking time to play the club as it's designed and getting the feel for it.You'll soon be the talk of the clubhouse.
